With 20 years of field experience in pipeline, facility, and construction environments, Toby leads Imade’s on-site consulting services. His commitment to safety began after a serious incident early in his career and continues to guide his work today.
Toby holds a Degree in Health and Safety and is a certified COR External Auditor. He specializes in field safety leadership, risk management, practical program implementation, and preparing clients for certification success.
Known for his real-world approach and strong safety insight, Toby helps businesses build safer, more effective worksites.

Founder & Lead Safety Consultant
With 18 years in the Health and Safety industry, Jada brings extensive experience in building strong, compliant safety systems. She began her career developing a full safety program and earning COR certification for a small electrical company—an achievement that shaped her commitment to workplace safety.
After more than a decade in pipeline and facility construction and completing her Degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Processes, Jada founded Imade Safety Consulting. She is also a certified Energy Safety Canada COR External Auditor.
Since launching the company in 2021, she has grown Imade into a multi-division consulting firm serving clients across multiple provinces. Jada is known for her practical, approachable, and results-driven guidance that helps businesses strengthen their safety culture and meet compliance with confidence.
Haley Green
Program Development Lead
Haley Green joined Imade in 2021 as the company’s first hire and has steadily advanced to lead the Program Development division. With five years of experience and a degree in progress (completion Spring 2026), Haley blends strong technical knowledge with hands-on industry certifications in Incident Investigation, Drug & Alcohol Testing, and Audiometric Testing.
Haley specializes in developing custom Health and Safety Management Systems, writing SOPs and SWPs, and ensuring clients meet legislative and certification standards. She brings structure, clarity, and efficiency to every program she builds.
Harley Strickland
Client Administrator, Program Development Division
Since joining Imade in 2024, Harley has become a key contributor to the Program Development division. She holds certifications in Program Development, Legislative Awareness, Incident Investigation, and Drug & Alcohol Testing.
Harley supports clients through pre-qualification management (ISNetworld, ComplyWorks), digital documentation control, safety data tracking, and administrative support for incident investigations. She also assists with light marketing tasks, helping keep information organized and accessible.
Her attention to detail and growing technical knowledge ensure every client receives reliable and streamlined support.
Chantel Kearns
Safety Administrator
Chantel joined Imade with a strong commitment to learning and quickly developed proficiency in core safety administration. She supports clients by conducting hazard and risk assessments, creating safety orientations, organizing compliance documentation, and coordinating training and testing.
Chantel is currently expanding her skills in safety program development, bringing organization and consistency to the clients she supports.
Savannah Drinkall
Safety Administrator
Savannah Drinkall has quickly become a valued member of the Imade team. She provides support in hazard identification, risk assessments, orientation development, documentation control, and testing coordination.
Savannah is continuing to grow her knowledge in program development and plays an important role in helping clients stay organized, compliant, and prepared.
